Your contribution to success 📈:

  • Supporting sales CS, including planning documents and service specifications, as well as advising on cost efficiency

  • Preparing comprehensive quotations, checking feasibility, handling complaints and customer requirements

  • Independently calculating quotation prices, selling assemblies and spare parts

  • Independently developing factory specifications for repairs and services based on customer requirements (also in English)

  • Planning assembly assignments for own employees and external companies

  • Organizing and carrying out acceptance tests at the customer's site

  • Problem solving, root cause analysis, and maintaining customer contacts

  • Participating in negotiations with customers, coordinating delivery times and time structures, and monitoring these

What we are looking for 🔎:

  • At least 3 years of completed subject-specific vocational training + 2 years of specialist training (e.g., technician or comparable qualification)

  • Sales experience and experience in the field of energy supply/high-voltage technology is an advantage

  • Good technical understanding

  • Good written and spoken English skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP applications

  • Willingness to travel

  • Your personal strengths include a strong customer focus, high level of commitment, flexibility, enthusiasm, sociability, communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a confident manner.
